This petition is pending since 2018. The petitioner, a Cooperative Society, is engaged in the business of collection of milk. The challenge raised by the petitioner is to the decision of the Government in fixing the Minimum Support Price for procurement of milk. 2.

After the petition was filed, much water has flown thereafter as there is already increase in the Minimum Support Price for procurement of milk, which issue is not under challenge before this Court. 3.

In view of above, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition, thereby refusing to cause interference in extra ordinary jurisdiction. The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. 4.

However, the disposal of the petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner to question the subsequent policy of the State. (Abhay J. Mantri, J.) (Nitin W. Sambre, J. ) Deshmukh
