2) We have heard Mr. Qazi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant-original petitioner.

3) Since the order dated 05/12/2023 was passed pursuant to the statement made by the learned counsel for the acquiring body and the present applicant-original petitioner has never consented for such order, it is clarified that the deposit of the amount is without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner. 4) We do not see any reason to cause interference in the said order. Accordingly, Misc.Civil Application stands disposed of.
