This petition can conveniently be disposed of by directing the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Buldhana, who also happened to be the District Co-operative Election Officer, to consider and decide the objections raised by the petitioners to the provisional voters' list, which are reflected at Annexures -V and IX of the present petition, before finalizing the voters' list of the respondent no.5Society. 3.

With these directions the writ petition stands disposed of. 4.

Needless to state that in case if order adverse to the interest of the petitioners is passed, the petitioners are at liberty to take steps as are available in law.
