1] This matter was not on board. The learned Advocate for the petitioner expressed an urgency at 10.30 a.m. Hence, taken on the production board. 2] The petitioners are aggrieved by an interlocutory order dated 8.4.2019 passed by the Co-operative Court, Nagpur by which application (Exh.5) seeking a stay to the operation and execution of the judgment delivered by the said Court in Dispute No.123/2011, has been rejected.

3] Since the petitioners can approach the Co-operative Appellate Court for challenging the said order, this petition is disposed with liberty to avail of the remedy as may be permissible in law.
