These are applications for restoration of the writ petition by setting aside the order of the learned Registrar dated 25.09.2017 and for condonation of delay in moving the said application.

It is due to failure of removing the ofÏce objections in stipulated time that by the order of the learned Registrar the writ petition stood dismissed. It is pointed out in the applications filed on behalf of the petitioner that due to inadvertence the petition could not be attended to before the learned Registrar leading to its dismissal. For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed, delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored, subject to the learned counsel for the petitioners removing the ofÏce objections within a period of one week from today.

Applications stand disposed of.
