We deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by permitting the petitioner to make a detailed representation with regard to determination of annual letting value for levying local municipal property tax to the respondent no.3.

If such representation is made, the same shall be looked into and shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of such representation.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
