Considering the facts and circumstances mentioned in the present petition the following order is passed.

The Employees Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal shall endeavour to decide the stay application filed by the petitioners in case No.CGIT/NGP/87/2024 as early as possible.

Till the decision of stay application no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner pursuance to the order dated 22.03.2024 passed by the respondent, subject to deposit of Rs.11,00,000/- by the petitioner with the office of the respondent within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

The petition is disposed of.
