Jaltare for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that he is in arrears of amount Rs.1,50,000/- towards maintenance.

In this view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.1,50,000/- in this Court within a period of 4 weeks from today.

Issue Notice to respondents, returnable after 4 weeks.

If the amount so directed is not deposited, the Court will take coercive steps against the petitioner."
