On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties and on a perusal of the award passed by the reference court, we permit the applicants to withdraw a sum of Rs.23,00,000/- from the amount deposited by the appellant towards compensation on furnishing surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). The balance amount may be placed in fixed deposit with a nationalized bank initially for one year and the same should be renewed from time to time during pendency of this appeal.

The civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
