Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

The application is filed to relax the condition of attending the Police Station as the applicant has to look after his Agarbatti Shop.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that the accused No.1, who has mentioned the name of this applicant is already released on bail. The Sessions Court has imposed the condition to attend the Police Station once in a week. The reason given for relaxing the condition is that the applicant has to look after his Agarbatti Shop cannot be a ground to relax the condition. Hence, the application is rejected.
