Shri Patil, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the order dated 20.08.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 8187 of 2018, of which disobedience is alleged, has now been complied with and hence the grievance of the petitioner does not survive.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Contempt Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
