NOVEMBER 20, 2025 CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO. 202/2024 The petitioner intends to bring on record subsequent developments. It appears that chargesheet has been filed during pendency of the petition.

2] In view of above, and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The amendment shall be carried out within two weeks from today. 3] The application is disposed of.

CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO. 731/2024 4] The learned A.P.P. submits that chargesheet has been filed way back, and cognizance taken. 5] In view of above, remedy under Article 226 of the Constitution of India will not be available in terms of judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Pradnya Pranjal Kulkarni Vs. State of Maharashtra and Another [2025 SCC OnLine SC 1948].

6] The petition has been also filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,

913-CriWP-731-2024 2023 (BNSS). The petitioner may pursue remedy under the said provision. In that eventuality, the petition shall be treated as application under Section 528 of the BNSS, and the Registry shall list the application before the appropriate Bench.
