By this appeal, appellants seek enhancement of compensation. Considering possibility of settlement amicably, the matter was referred for mediation and parties settled their dispute in mediation. It was decided that party No.2 - Insurance Company shall deposit amount Rs.4.00 lacs in the Registry within a period of 60 days, failing which party No.2 shall pay interest of 7.5% pa from the date of award, till realization of the amount. 2.

In view of the settlement, the appeal is disposed of. 3.
