Acquisition of land has resulted into deposit of compensation in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a notice was issued by the Land Acquisition Authority calling upon the petitioners and others to collect their shares in the compensation. 4.

Since the amount is deposited with the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur, we direct the petitioners to approach the said Court by preferring necessary application.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
