DATED : 12-01-2022 While issuing notice vide order dated 17-12-2018, this Court granted ad interim relief relying on the undertaking of the petitioners to deposit amount of Rs.14,00,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lac) on or before 16-1-2019, which deposit is 25% of the amount claimed in the demand notice.

This Court noted the existence of an alternate remedy under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

It is not in dispute that till date the amount of Rs.14,00,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lac) is not deposited. 4.

De hors the conduct of the petitioners, there is indeed an alternate statutory remedy available. I see no reason to interfere in writ jurisdiction. Keeping all
