This is an application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No. 40/2025.

The initial two applications for grant of anticipatory bail are already rejected by this Court. However, the applicant has not been arrested till today by the investigating agency.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application and submitted that he be permitted to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge at Yavatmal and liberty be granted to him to apply for bail.

The application is disposed of with liberty to surrender before the Sessions Court and apply for bail. rkn

The Sessions Court shall consider his bail application on its own merits.

The criminal application is disposed of accordingly. 7.
