This is an applicant for condonation of delay in filing an appeal. Delay is of 170 days.

On 24.1.2018, Notices on this application were issued and in pursuance to the said, learned counsel Shri D.S. Khushlani filed his Vakalatnama for non-applicant No.1. Though served, nobody is appearing for non-applicant No.2. 4.
No reply is filed opposing the present applicant. 5.
After hearing learned counsel Shri Vyas for the applicant and after having gone through contents of the application, I am satisfied that the applicant-insurance company has made out a case for condonation of delay. 6.
Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is hereby condoned. Office to register the first appeal. The civil application stands .....2/-

This is an application for grant of Stay.

In pursuance to order dated 24.1.2018, the appellant deposited entire decretal amount under the Award before this Court. In that view of the matter, ad interim order granted on 24.1.2018 stands confirmed. The civil application is disposed of.

Needless to mention that it will be open for non-applicant No.1 to file an appropriate application for withdrawal.
