1] By this application, the petitioners desire to bring on record a resolution bearing No.624, dated 13.12.1996 and a copy of the extract from the book "General Orders (Personnel) Volume I (GOs 1 to 64)" as these documents would have a bearing on the case. 2] The learned Advocate for the respondents opposes the said request.

3] For the reasons set out in the application, we are convinced that these documents need to be allowed. 4] This application is, therefore, allowed and the

2 ca399.2020 petitioners shall bring the two set of documents on record in the petition with proper pagination in continuation, within two weeks.

5] In view of the order dated 10.7.2019, the learned Advocate for respondents shall ensure that the documents set out in the list supplied by the learned Advocate for the petitioners which finds place in the order dated 10.7.2019, should be properly typed out and legible copies shall be filed in this Court on or before 29.2.2020 with proper pagination. Copies shall be supplied to the respective parties in advance. 6] Considering that the petition involves the rights of senior citizens, we accede to the request made by the learned Advocate for the petitioners and we list this petition for an out of turn final hearing on 19.3.2020.
