From perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that the applicant had misappropriated the amount of Rs.11,68,691/-. The applicant was working as Branch Post Master. He was absent from 10.10.2017. Public Money is to be recovered. Hence, he is entitled for bail. The learned APP has submitted that the chargesheet is filed before the trial Court on 28.11.2018. The applicant is at liberty to move before the trial Court. The criminal application is rejected.
