2) Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that District Court, Nagpur has issued Circular to exercise ONE TIME OPTION for coverage under Maharashtra Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1982, Maharashtra Civil Services (Commutation of Pension) Rules, 1984 and General Provident Fund Scheme and other related rules. However, the respondent No.5 District Court at Akola has not issued such type of Circular. However, during the argument, he has not pressed the petition and submitted that the petitioners are ready to make an application before the concerned respondent. As such, it is urged that the respondents be directed to consider the same in accordance with law. 3) That being so, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the application, if any, made by the petitioners in view of the Government Resolution dated 02/02/2024 within a period of ten weeks after making of such application.

4) The petition is disposed of accordingly.
