It is his contention that though he has made a prayer to remove encroachment, same has not been done. He has invited our attention to the communication dated 4/12/2024 (pg.33) issued by the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Nagpur, by which certain report has been called and further directions are given to the respondent Gram Panchayat.

Be that as it may, the respondent Gram Panchayat is directed to take a decision in light of the communication dated 04/12/2024, within a period of eight weeks from production of copy of this order.
