Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
An innocuous prayer is made to direct the respondents to restore possession of the land admeasuring 13 acres 20 gunthas situated at Mouza Naygaon, Taluka Babhulgaon, District Yavatmal. Be that as it may, since there is already communication dated 24th April, 2023 issued by the Tahsildar, Yavatmal to the Tahsildar, Babhulgaon, we direct the respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Babhulgaon to take the communication dated 24th April, 2023 to its logical end in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order, if there is no legal impediment. If there is any legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks. 3.
