The Pursis dated 24.11.2021 and 02.12.2021 show that Shri Vyas, learned counsel for the petitioner handed over the papers to one Shri P.K. Mishra, learned counsel who represented the petitioner before the trial Court. 2.

The acknowledgment receiving the letter issued by Shri Vyas, learned counsel to the petitioner is also filed on record which shows that the petitioner received notice on 15.11.2021. In that view of the matter, Shri Vyas, learned counsel is discharged.

Though the papers were taken back by the petitioner and in that regard he has received intimation on 15.11.2021 from the earlier advocate no steps were taken by the petitioner to engage a lawyer of his choice, where from it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
