Prayer in the petition is to direct the respondents to grant regular pension to the petitioner as well as release all the arrears and service benefits of Sheikh Habib Sheikh Gulab to the petitioner being his wife. 3.

Since the said issue is not decided by the respondents till this date, we direct the respondents to treat the present writ petition as representation and the same shall be decided by the respondent no.2 within a period of ten weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the present writ petition as well as the copy of the order passed today within a period of two weeks.

Decision taken by the respondent no.2 be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.
