This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellantacquiring body, as per the judgment and award of the Reference Court.

In view of the reasons stated in the application and upon considering the evidence as well as the grounds raised in the appeal memo, applicantrespondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited by the appellant along with proportionate interest accrued thereon.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
