The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in spite of an application made to Respondent No.4 - Gram Panchayat, necessary death certificate is not issued to the Petitioner.

According to us, for such an administrative lapse on the part of Respondent No.4 in deciding the application of the Petitioner, judicial intervention is not necessary, as the Collector, Yavatmal can look into the issue.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the Collector, Yavatmal would be informed to take necessary steps in the matter.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of.
