This application has been taken out by Respondent no.1 for seeking extension of time for furnishing the relevant documents, which has been directed by this Court to be submitted for withdrawal of compensation by order dated 14.11.2019 in CAF No.4066/2019. 3.
The application has been perused. The order dated 14.11.2019 has also been perused. In terms of what is stated in the application before me and the directions contained in the order dated 14.11.2019 present application can be disposed of by the following
order:
(i) Respondent no.1 (Applicant) is granted extension of time of four weeks for furnishing the relevant documents for seeking withdrawal of compensation as well as for submitting details and documents of the solvent surety as directed by order dated 14.11.2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of this order. 4.
Shri S.K. Bhoyar, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant fairly informs this Hon'ble Court that the present appeal has been dismissed in the year 2017 on account of the Appellant not complying with the order of this court of filing of private paper book. He submits that the Appellant has also not taken out any application for restoration of the Appeal. He submits that he has instructions to take out an appropriate application immediately, which shall be done by the Appellant.
