We have heard Shri S.M. Ukey, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 4.

The petitioner claims to be the Project Affected Person holding a certificate dated 30-12-2017 to that effect. The petitioner has made various representations to the respondents for grant of employment from the said category of Project Affected Person, which are informed to be not decided till this date.

In the aforesaid factual matrix, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent Nos.5 and 6 with his prayer for grant of appointment as a Project Affected Person. The said prayer be decided in accordance with law within a reasonable period of six
