DATED : 25-01-2024 The petitioner claims to have secured an admission to the Post Graduate course in management quota after having qualified National Eligibility-cumEntrance Test-PG 2019. 2.

The contentions are, even if he is admitted against the management quota, he is entitled for reimbursement of tuition fees as other similarly placed persons, as reflected in the Government Resolution dated 20th September, 2019.

We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner at length in the first session and as prayed we have kept the matter in second session. When the matter is called out in the second session for further argument, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner is absent.

That being so, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
