This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 351 days caused in filing of an Appeal against the judgment and decree of restitution of conjugal right passed by the Family Court on 04.09.2017.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
