By these applications the applicant/ petitioner seeks a direction to respondents - Bureau of Immigration to facilitate her to travel to Dubai from 03.01.2024 to 08.01.2024. So also a direction is sought to respondent and Punjab National Bank to communicate applicants' travel plan as per the travel itinerary.

Time and again this Court has permitted the applicant/petitioner as well as the co-petitioner to travel abroad, which is reflected in various orders of this Court dated 07.06.2022, 19.08.2023 and 15.12.2023 passed in Writ Petition No.2827/2022. This Court has granted permission to travel abroad with a rider of furnishing an undertaking as stated in paragraph no.25 of the judgment and order passed in Writ Petition No. 2826/2022.

In addition to that, the applicant has also prayed to dispense with her attendance at Indian Embassy at Dubai. It is submitted that the applicant would leave the country on 03.01.2024 and would return to the land on 08.01.2024. 5.

Learned A.S.G.I. has not submitted anything which would restrain us to take a view otherwise which is taken earlier. In view of that, following order is passed.

ORDER

[i] The petitioner/applicant shall furnish an undertaking as is similarly given in terms of paragraph no.7 of the order

dated 15.12.2023.

[ii] In above circumstances, the applicant/petitioner is permitted to travel to Dubai from 03.01.2024 to 08.01.2024, subject to furnishing an undertaking as stated in paragraph no.25 of the Judgment in Writ Petition No.2826/2022. The requirement of marking attendance before the Indian Embassy in Dubai is dispensed with in view of short stay at Dubai. [iii] The learned Counsel for the respondent Punjab National Bank to communicate this order to the concerned Immigration Authority at Mumbai. Similar steps shall be taken by the Deputy Solicitor General of India. [iv] Civil Applications are disposed of aforesaid terms. [v] Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order. JUDGE JUDGE
