A challenge in this petition is to the order dated 14/07/2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Contempt Petition No. 39/2025 in Original Application No. 894/2022. We have gone through the record of the case. It appears that the learned Tribunal while dismissing and disposing the Contempt Petition has clearly observed that the respondent has complied with the order of the learned Tribunal within two months of the order passed by the High Court and therefore, there was nothing which could be said to the contempt committed by the respondent. Hence, as the issue of contempt is between the learned Tribunal and contemnor, we do not find any perversity in the order passed by the learned Tribunal and therefore, the
