By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 215 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 18-12-2017 in M.A.C.P. No.74/2012. 2.

In view of the reasons stated in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the application, delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs. 5000/- to be paid to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers Association, High Court Bench at Nagpur.
