This Court vide order dated 22/07/2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 7174/2018 in para 3 has issued direction to the State as under :

"3. In view of the above, the respondent no.2 is directed to take decision on the proposal dated 13th November, 2018 in terms of Government Resolution dated 29th August, 2018 within a period of two months from the date of the order."

Mrs. Jachak, learned A.G.P., filed on record the reply affidavit bearing St. No. 1/2021 stating therein that the direction, issued by this Court as above, has been duly complied with, and the proposal submitted by the Urban Development Department to increase the age limit of the Medical

908CP 5.2020 Officers from 58 to 60, has been rejected in May, 2020.

In this view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to approach independently to challenge the aforesaid order of rejection, if so advised.
