Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

At the outset, she has invited our attention to the representation dated 30.07.2025 (page 40) submitted to the Nagpur Improvement Trust.

She therefore submits that her grievance would stand redressed, if this Court directs the respondents to decide her representation dated 30.07.2025 within a stipulated time.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent No2/Nagpur Improvement Trust, Nagpur to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 30.07.2025, within 10 weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to furnish a copy of this order before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
