DATE : 09/06/2023 The impugned orders dated 20/09/2017 are identical permitting the defendant no.2 to cross-examine the plaintiff and his witnesses on the point of law.

Even if the orders impugned are set aside that will not end the lis before the Trial Court, in view of which, the provisions of Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure are not attracted and therefore the civil revision applications are not maintainable and are dismissed as such. No order as to costs.
