At the outset, he invited our attention to the page 119 of the petition which is a Certificate dated 13.02.2025 issued under the provisions of Section 25(3) of the Consumer Protection, 1986. According to him, the said Certificate has remained unattended so far. 3.

Since the authorities are not taking any action on the said Certificate, we direct the respondent-Collector to act and take the said Certificate to its logical end within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today before the authorities concerned within a period of two weeks from today.
