The contention of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that there is discrimination in implementing the terms of the National Coal Wage Agreement. Some persons are benefited by correcting date of birth, however, petitioner has been denied the same.

Petitioner has an alternative remedy to approach the Industrial Court. We therefore, do not find any reason to interfere in the matter. Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs. However, all the questions raised in the petition are kept open. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
