Heard Advocate Shri Dhore for the applicant. He has pointed out report lodged by complainant. Shri Dubey, learned APP has strongly objected the application.

Learned Advocate Shri Dhore has submitted that there is mistake in the FIR. Nothing is on record to show that applicant was mistakenly named in the FIR. FIR shows that father of the present applicant injured the complainant and not the present applicant. Hence, ad-interim anticipatory bail granted on 27.11.2018 is hereby confirmed.
