It is brought to our notice by the learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Shinde, that the respondents have already auctioned the property to which the petitioners have no objection, if the respondents adjusted the amount of interest, if any, recoverable from the petitioners from the said amount.

As such, we disposed of the petition with directions to the respondents to recover the amount of interest from the petitioners to be adjusted from the amount which is received as consideration in the auction process.

Needless to clarify that the petitioners shall be entitled to receive balance amount from the respondent-Authority. 5.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
