Since the petitioners have an alternate remedy in view of the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024, the petition of the petitioner be treated as an Appeal by the Appellate Authority constituted under the aforesaid Government Resolution.

The petitioners to appear before the said Authority on 05.05.2025. It shall decide the claim of the petitioners within eight weeks thereafter.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly with liberty to the petitioners to approach afresh in case, the order is adverse.
