Shri Bhendarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 9th November, 2017 passed below Exh.124 and also to the order dated 20th September, 2017 passed below Exh.1, by the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Gadchiroli in Regular Civil Suit No. 42 of 2014. He further submits that the suit itself has been decided by the learned Trial Court and accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

The petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
