Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. P.N. Shende, learned counsel for the petitioner, has invited our attention dated 31/10/2025, by which the respondent/Board has permanently closed down the examination centre from February - March 2026. He submits that various aspects were not taken into consideration by the respondent Board while passing the impugned order.

He further states that his grievance would be redressed if the respondent authorities are directed to consider the explanation which he has to offer.

Be that as it may, since the aforesaid issue can be considered by the respondents, we direct that present petition be treated as a representation, with a further direction to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to decide the representation within four weeks from production of the order passed today, along with a copy of the writ petition. rkn

Needless to mention, respondents shall consider the issue raised in this petition while deciding the question involved. 6.

In view of the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
