This is an application filed by the appellants/accused for suspension of their sentence and grant of bail.

It is pointed out that the appellants have deposited the fine amount. It is also submitted that their sentence have been suspended by the learned Judge till the expiry of the appeal period.

Heard learned Advocate for the appellant and learned APP for the State. Perused the application. 7.

The maximum sentence is six months imprisonment for the offence punishable under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

i) In view of this the substantive sentence shall remain suspended during pendency of the appeal on same terms and conditions as ordered by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mehkar vide order dated 26.11.2024. 9.

Criminal Application stands disposed of.
