Compensation for acquisition of land in question was disbursed to the respondent No.7. The petitioners are claiming to be the owners of the land acquired and therefore, the petition seeking direction to the respondents to pay the compensation.

Several disputed questions of facts are involved. The petitioner has a remedy of filing a Civil Suit to recover the amount of compensation arising out of the acquisition of land in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is dismissed. All questions are left open to be agitated in such suit.
