By this Application, Appellant seeks condonation of delay in preferring the Appeal. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, I am satisfied that delay caused in preferring the Appeal is properly explained and sufficient ground is made out for condoning the delay. 4.

In view thereof, delay in preferring the present Appeal is condoned in terms of prayer clause therein in the present Application.

MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION (ST) NO. 26754 OF 2018 .

This is an application for setting aside the order dated 3rd October 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and restoration of First Appeal (St) No.14377 of 2018.

Mr. Kukday, the learned Counsel for Appellant submits that since the office objections were not removed within stipulated period, Appeal came to be dismissed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court vide order dated 3rd October 2018.

The learned Counsel for Appellant undertakes to remove all office objections within a period of one week from today. Statement is accepted. 4.

In view thereof, order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on 3rd October 2018 is hereby set-aside and the First Appeal (St) No. 14377 of 2018 is restored to its original file.
