Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, the benefits which were extended to the persons who died due to COVID-2019 pandemic were not given to the petitioner.

Be that as it may, since this issue can be validly resolved by the respondent no.1-Nagpur Municipal Corporation, we direct the respondent no.1- Nagpur Municipal Corporation, to treat the present petition as representation and same shall be decided within a period of ten weeks from the date of production of copy of this order before it. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the present petition along with the copy of order passed today before the respondent no.1-Nagpur Municipal Corporation within one week. 4.
