The appellant has not removed Office objections and therefore, registration of the appeal was refused.

Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant could not supply stamp duty due to financial difficulties and therefore, the Office objections could not be removed. Learned Counsel further submits that all the Office objections will be removed within a period of one week. Looking to the submissions, the application is allowed. Order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dt. 22.10.2019 is hereby quashed and set aside.
