Considering the grievance and since the prayer made in the petitioner is innocuous, the respondent no.1 to decide the proceedings within a period of four weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today before the respondent no.1 within a period of one week from today.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
