DATE : 20.06.2025 In view of the affidavit filed by the respondent submitting that the decree of divorce was granted in favour of respondent i.e. husband by the Family Court, Akola, was confirmed by this Court on 04.12.2019. The affidavit is accepted.

The Registry to register the said affidavit on record. 3.

In Appeal, the Review Application is filed on 21.12.2019. Before issuance of notices in Review Application, the husband has performed marriage on 23.07.2021 at Nagpur and he is having one daughter out of said wedlock. Moreover, there is no error apparent on the face of record in the judgment under review. As such, review is liable to be dismissed on that count also. 4.

In view of above said affidavit, the matter has become infructuous also. Accordingly, Review Application is dismissed.
